My coaching style

As a coach, I take pleasure in getting to know the individuals I work with. I focus on building rapport with my clients. My approach is characterised by warmth and candour and I strive to create a non-judgemental environment that fosters reflection and self-awareness.

I have a firm belief in my clients' potential to thrive and evolve through self-awareness. I believe that every individual has the capacity to unlock their inner strengths and achieve their goals. By encouraging my clients to reflect on their experiences, we can work together to identify obstacles and create strategies for growth. It brings me great joy to witness the progress and transformation of my clients as they gain newfound clarity, confidence and insight.

I take a holistic approach to my work, understanding that my clients' professional life is just one aspect of their overall wellbeing. I always act with compassion and integrity, ensuring that I follow my coachee's agenda while also leveraging my own experience where relevant and useful.

I believe that by investing the time to talk through a particular situation or challenge with someone who is entirely non-judgmental, a level of clarity can be achieved that might have seemed unattainable before. This approach has been successful in my own experience, and I have received positive feedback from those I have worked with.

Confidentiality is guaranteed at both an individual and corporate level. Feedback to anyone else within the organisation (such as department manager, supervisor and HR manager) is provided only with the coachee's express prior approval.
